Every order is managed through an integrated digital system, which assigns a unique identification number to each project.<\/p>\n

All required technical documentation is associated with each project, including manufacturing drawings, material specifications, dimensions, heat numbers, quantities, production cycles, and operating procedures.<\/p>\n

This approach ensures full traceability, efficient organization, and compliance with the customer\u2019s technical specifications.<\/p>\n

Every finished product undergoes a thorough final inspection, including:<\/p>\n

  • Dimensional inspections carried out using regularly calibrated measuring instruments or coordinate measuring machines (CMMs);<\/li>\n
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT), including dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    At this stage, the completeness of the technical documentation and quality certificates is also verified, ensuring that any non-conformities have been properly recorded, assessed, and addressed.<\/p>\n

    During production, Co.F.La.M. carries out high-precision machining and, where required, also coordinates heat treatments, galvanizing, chrome plating, and non-destructive testing, working exclusively with qualified and regularly monitored suppliers.<\/p>\n

    Each mechanical component enters the production cycle following an incoming material inspection, aimed at verifying its physical and chemical integrity through visual inspections and spectrometric analysis. Only materials that meet the required standards proceed to the subsequent machining stages.<\/p>\n

    Throughout the entire production process, intermediate quality checks are carried out by both production operators and quality control personnel, ensuring precision, dimensional conformity, and consistent results.<\/p>\n

    Before shipping, each mechanical component is treated with anti-corrosion protective oils, labelled, and packaged according to the type of transportation required.<\/p>\n

    This ensures that the product reaches the customer in perfect condition, ready for use or for subsequent assembly operations.<\/p>\n

    Per questo, ogni commessa segue un processo produttivo controllato e tracciabile in ogni fase, dalla formulazione dell'offerta fino alla spedizione del prodotto finito, nel rispetto di elevati standard qualitativi e delle specifiche richieste dal cliente.<\/p>

    Ogni ordine viene gestito attraverso un sistema digitale integrato, che assegna a ciascuna commessa un numero identificativo univoco.<\/p>

    Ogni prodotto finito viene sottoposto a un collaudo finale accurato, che comprende:<\/p>

    • Controlli dimensionali eseguiti con strumenti periodicamente tarati o tramite macchine di misura a coordinate (CMM);<\/li>
    • Controlli non distruttivi, tra cui liquidi penetranti, ultrasuoni e controlli magnetoscopici.<\/li><\/ul>

      In questa fase viene inoltre verificata la completezza della documentazione tecnica e dei certificati di qualit\u00e0, assicurando che eventuali non conformit\u00e0 siano state registrate, analizzate e correttamente gestite.<\/p>

      Durante la produzione, Co.F.La.M. esegue lavorazioni meccaniche di alta precisione e, quando richiesto, coordina anche trattamenti termici, zincature, cromature e controlli non distruttivi, affidandosi esclusivamente a fornitori qualificati e costantemente monitorati.<\/p>

      Ogni componente meccanico entra nel ciclo produttivo con una verifica di accettazione del materiale, finalizzata a confermarne l'integrit\u00e0 fisica e chimica attraverso controlli visivi e analisi spettrometriche. Solo i materiali conformi agli standard previsti vengono avviati alle successive fasi di lavorazione.<\/p>

      Nel corso dell'intero processo produttivo vengono effettuati controlli qualit\u00e0 intermedi, sia da parte degli operatori di produzione sia dal personale del reparto qualit\u00e0, per garantire precisione, conformit\u00e0 dimensionale e continuit\u00e0 del risultato.<\/p>

      Prima della spedizione, ogni pezzo meccanico viene trattato con oli protettivi anticorrosione, etichettato e imballato in funzione della tipologia di trasporto prevista.<\/p>

      Questo consente di consegnare al cliente un prodotto integro e pronto per l'utilizzo o per le successive fasi di assemblaggio.<\/p>
