The machined components and fabricated structures we manufacture are often part of complex industrial assemblies. To provide our customers with a complete, ready-to-use product, we complement our machining services with assembly and pre-assembly operations, ensuring precision, safety, and compliance with project-specific technical requirements.

Examples of assemblies performed:

– Compressor Rings –
In addition to turning and milling the grooves, we assemble the blades onto the rings according to customer specifications, using either peening or caulking processes, followed by machining of the blade tips and final assembly of the inner ring.

– Steam Sleeves –
We carry out the complete turning of sleeves and rings, followed by their assembly, including the required springs, ensuring proper alignment and full functionality of the assembly.

– Rotor Installation and Removal Equipment –
We design and pre-assemble fabricated equipment consisting of ropes, tie rods, and accessories for rotor insertion and extraction operations at installation sites. Pre-assembly at our facilities allows us to verify the correct configuration of the equipment, ensuring safer and more precise operations on site.
